Artwork Requirements

Upload the highest-quality version of your artwork available. Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG, or print-ready PDF are preferred, but high-resolution PNG and JPG files are also accepted.

For best results:

  • Upload artwork at the intended print size or larger.
  • Use a resolution of at least 300 DPI when possible.
  • Convert fonts to outlines or include the required font files.
  • Make sure important text and details are large enough to print clearly.
  • Transparent-background files are recommended for custom-shaped designs.

We will review your artwork before production. If we notice a major quality issue, missing file, or anything that may affect the finished product, we will contact you before printing.

Submitting copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected artwork confirms that you have permission to reproduce it.
Proofing

We review every submitted design before production.

When a proof is requested or required, we will email a digital proof showing the proposed size, shape, cut line, and general layout. Please review it carefully for:

  • Spelling and punctuation
  • Size and orientation
  • Artwork placement
  • Cut-line position
  • Colors and design details

Production will begin after proof approval. Changes requested after approval may require a reprint fee.

Digital screens display colors differently, so printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your phone or monitor.

If you do not request a proof, your order may move directly into production after our artwork review.
Production & Shipping

Most orders are produced within 1–3 business days after we receive usable artwork and any required proof approval.

All eligible U.S. orders include free tracked parcel shipping. Tracking will be sent by email and should update normally through USPS.com and the Shop app.

Shipping time is separate from production time. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment, though carrier delays may occur.

Reprint Policy

We stand behind the quality of our work.

If your order arrives with a verified printing, cutting, material, or production error caused by us, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@southsoundstickerco.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the affected items
  • A photo showing the full quantity received, when applicable

If we confirm a production error, we may replace the affected items or offer another appropriate resolution.

Reprints are generally not available for:

  • Customer-approved spelling or design errors
  • Low-resolution or poor-quality submitted artwork
  • Incorrect sizes or quantities selected at checkout
  • Slight color differences between screens and printed materials
  • Damage caused by improper installation, storage, or use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Orders produced from artwork approved by the customer

Please contact us before returning or discarding any items. We may need photos or additional information to review the issue.
